7/16- New domains purchased through external registrar. Name servers
changed to point to GISOL.
7/16 - New domains imported to FRANCH3 account via GISOL control panel,
by account holder. Nameservers moved to GISOL.
7/17 - Decision made to move new domains to FRANCHI2 account via GISOL
control panel.
7/17 - New domains and related data removed from GISOL account FRANCH3,
by account holder.
7/17 - New domains and related data imported to GISOL account FRANCHI2,
by account holder.
NOTE: New Domains did not include LoneLantern.org, but were
related to current presidential race.
7/18, 1am - FRANCHI2 and FRANCHI3 Accounts suspended.
7/18 - Chat session initiated w/ GISOL Tech Support. Told to email sales@gisol.com

7/18 - Phone calls made to GISOL (323-852-9059) to request why.

Reason given for suspension: AUP Violation
Claim: domain transfer from one account to another within company
NOTE: There is no mention of domain transfers in GISOL's Service
Contract Link.
Resolution: consolidate both accounts into new account for 36 month term
at $29.99 per month. Paid in full.
All data would be deleted within 24 hours of suspension, unless resolution met.
Credit card requested for authorization to temporarily release website for two
days. Credit card info needed by 4:00pm PST 7/18
GISOL demanded that money order be sent Thurs 7/19 to be received on Fri 7/20
Credit card authorization would be released when money order for TOTAL is
received by GISOL.
NOTE: Debit Card used, charged three (3) times. $3,234.60

7/19 - Funds raised.
7/19 - Bank Check issued.
While in route to FED Ex, GISOL contacts my cell phone,GISOL represented by
Brian and another person.
NOTE: "Brian" and "Shawn" are same person.
GISOL declares they will deny service. Claims "libel" for LLS
explanation [2].
Claims legal department is investigating the "libel" claim". GISOL ensures data
will not be deleted. Denies recording phone call. States we would be contacted
shortly by their counsel. "Brian" informs LLS that GISOL owns the
LoneLantern.org domain. They are informed of pending class action lawsuit.
7/20 am - GISOL contacts LLS says all data deleted, yesterdays phone call was
recorded, have a nice day.

GISOL Original Service Agreement - 4/25/2004
This is the original agreement between GISOL and LLS.
There is no reference to GISOL owning LoneLantern.org domain at time of registration.
GISOL claims otherwise.
GISOL claims when LoneLantern.org and the FRANCHI1 account were created GISOL purchased LoneLantern.org and leased it back to FRANCHI1 account. The link to the original agreement do not provide such claims.

GISOL notified that "First Resolution" chosen:
"The first Approved Resolution: GISOL will reactivate
your accounts as they were previous to the attempted
migration of your domains as an act of good faith."
FRANCHI2 and FRANCHI 3 accounts resumed.
LoneLantern.org data restored.

8/2 - Emailing 2nd request to qa@gisol.com and admin@gisol.com to initiate domain transfers.
